The National Conservation and Training Center serves all employees of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and other federal organizations engaged in conservation.

Here, Lyons/Zaremba researched, programmed and designed a museum dedicated to American conservation history–especially the key role played by the founders of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

An exhibit highlight: a bison exhibit, featuring artifacts by Blackfeet artisans, specially commissioned for this project. For his efforts in researching the entire history of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, which had never been recorded before, Frank Zaremba was named Honorary Historian of the Service.
